ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders typically take 2-7 business days to process before they are shipped and unfortunately Holidays and Weekends are excluded. Please keep this in mind before ordering. There is a chance that the processing time will be longer than 7  business day during Sales and Holidays.

SHIPPING

ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS.

Orders typically take 2-3 business days to arrive. Inclement weather, distance from sender, or a variety of other circumstances may make this time longer. Once you have your tracking, please contact USPS with any issues with delivery times. Only some orders are applicable for express shipping.

If you suspect your item has been mis-delivered or lost: PLEASE put in a claim with USPS BEFORE sending an email to INFO@CAPSOOL.US 

We cannot assist with lost or delayed packages without a claim number.

RETURN POLICY

All products are sold “as is”. You may contact us within 2 business days from the purchase date if you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value. If you choose to exchange your purchase for an item of lesser value, there will be no refund for the difference in price. Items are authentic vintage and because they are preloved, they could be subject to imperfections.

Every item is selected, refurbished, sanitized and sometimes restyled.

Every item is preloved and unique and for this reason NOT REFUNDABLE.
