Please allow 2-5 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) for orders to be processed. During holidays and sales kindly allow extra time for shipping.

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS.
Orders typically take 2-5 business days to arrive. Inclement weather, distance from sender, or a variety of other circumstances may make this time longer. Once you have your tracking, please contact USPS with any issues with delivery times.

Express shipping is available upon request. To inquire if your order is applicable, please email us at Capsool.firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
If you suspect your item has been mis-delivered or lost, please file a claim with USPS before sending an email to Capsool.email@example.com as this will expedite your claim process.
We will not assist with lost or delayed packages without a claim number.
International packages are shipped via DHL

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected at the time of delivery.
These charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. We are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier/customs office.
If the recipient refuses delivery of their order for any reason, your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s.
